Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 30, 2026

Avalith Brendora is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies. This statement explains the standard we work toward, the measures we have taken, the limitations we are aware of, and how to tell us if you encounter a barrier.

01Our commitment

We believe a well-made website, like any well-made object, should serve everyone who comes to it. We treat accessibility as part of building well rather than as an afterthought, and we aim to provide an experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for visitors of differing abilities and the tools they use.

02Standard we aim for

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our reference standard and work toward conformance with it. These internationally recognized guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. While we strive to meet this standard throughout the website, we describe it as a goal we actively pursue rather than an absolute guarantee on every page at every moment.

03Measures we take

In building and maintaining this website, we have applied a number of accessibility practices, including:

  • using semantic HTML so that headings, landmarks, and structure are conveyed to assistive technologies;
  • providing text alternatives for meaningful non-text content and marking purely decorative graphics so they are ignored by screen readers;
  • maintaining color combinations chosen with contrast in mind for readable text;
  • ensuring interactive elements can be reached and operated, with visible focus indicators;
  • writing in clear, plain language wherever the subject allows.

04Reading comfort and appearance

The website offers both a light and a dark appearance, allowing you to choose the contrast that is most comfortable for you. Text is set in scalable units, so you can use your browser’s zoom and text-size controls to enlarge content without breaking the layout. Your appearance preference is remembered in your browser for future visits.

05Keyboard and navigation

The website is designed to be navigated with a keyboard as well as a pointer. Interactive controls, links, and the navigation menu can be reached using the keyboard, and a visible focus style indicates where you are on the page. We aim to keep a logical, predictable reading and focus order throughout the site.

06Motion and animation

Some sections of the website use subtle motion as content comes into view. We honor the reduced-motion preference offered by operating systems and browsers; when you enable it, decorative animation is minimized or removed. This lets visitors who are sensitive to movement use the site comfortably.

07Compatibility

This website is intended to work with current versions of widely used browsers and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and screen magnifiers. Because browsers and assistive tools vary and evolve, the experience may differ slightly from one combination to another. We recommend keeping your browser and assistive software up to date for the best results.

08Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. Certain richly illustrated or animated elements may not translate fully to every assistive technology, and content or features added over time may not yet meet our target standard in every respect. Where we become aware of such issues, we work to address them as part of our ongoing maintenance. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, we would be glad to hear about it.

09Third-party content

This website is hosted on a third-party commerce platform and may incorporate components or services provided by others. We do not fully control the accessibility of third-party code, and its conformance is ultimately the responsibility of the parties that provide it. We choose and configure such components with accessibility in mind wherever we are able to.

10Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a single task but a continuing commitment. We review the website periodically, take accessibility into account when we make changes, and refine the experience as standards, tools, and feedback evolve. This statement will be updated to reflect significant improvements or changes over time.

11Feedback and reporting a barrier

Your feedback helps us improve. If you experience any difficulty using this website, or if a particular page or feature presents a barrier, please let us know. When you contact us, a brief description of the problem, the page involved, and the browser or assistive technology you were using will help us investigate and respond effectively. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly and to resolve issues wherever we reasonably can.
